Duct Humidity & Temperature Transmitters – HDTT-Series

Description

The HDTT-Series Duct Humidity & Temperature Transmitters are designed to measure and monitor relative humidity and temperature in duct systems. These transmitters convert the measurements into standard signals of 0-10 Vdc or 4-20 mA, ensuring compatibility with modern control systems.

Available with or without an LCD display, the HDTT series offers precision and reliability for HVAC applications. The units include a robust, impact-resistant plastic enclosure with quick-locking screws and a mounting flange for easy installation.

- Combined Measurements: Relative humidity and temperature in a single unit.
- Output Options:
  - HDTT 010: 2 x 0-10 Vdc outputs.
  - HDTT 420: 2 x 4-20 mA outputs.
  - Optional Passive Temperature Output: PT100, PT1000, Nickel, NTC 10K, NTC 1.8K, NTC 20K, PTC, and more.
- Display Options: Versions with or without LCD display showing real-time humidity and temperature.
- Measurement Ranges:
  - Humidity: 0-100% r.H.
  - Temperature: 4 selectable ranges via PCB jumpers:
    
    -35°C to +35°C.
    
    -35°C to +75°C.
    
    0°C to +50°C.
    
    0°C to +80°C.
  - Accuracy:
    
    Humidity: ±3% (20-80% r.H.) at +20°C, otherwise ±5%.
    
    Temperature: ±0.8 Kelvin at +20°C.
  - Long-Term Stability: Minimal drift and small hysteresis for reliable measurements over time.
  - Construction:
    
    Terminal box enclosure made of impact-resistant plastic.
    
    Quick-locking screws for easy access.
    
    Mounting flange included for adjustable penetration depth.
