Immersion temperature sensors

Equipped with a direct output thermistor sensing element, the TIC immersion sensor is available as NTC 10K or platinum sensing element PT1000, with additional sensing elements available upon request.

The TIC sensor ensures high precision, offering tolerances at 25°C of ±0.22°C for NTC 10K and ±0.42°C for PT1000.

The sensing element is located at the end of the probe, ensuring accurate temperature readings. Standard probe lengths are 100 mm, with custom lengths of 50, 150, 200, 250, and 300 mm available upon request. The probe is made from high-quality steel for durability.

The TIC immersion temperature sensor features a simple 2-wire connection, with options for 3-wire and 4-wire configurations available.

Housed in an IP65-rated enclosure, the sensor includes 4 quick-locking screws for easy access. Wiring connections are secured inside the ABS plastic enclosure using a screw clamp connection supporting cables up to 1.5 mm. The enclosure also includes a plastic cable entry gland M16 x 1.5 with strain relief for cable diameters between 4 and 10 mm.

For installation, the brass pocket BRPS supports operation pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures from 0 to +150°C, while the stainless steel pocket SSPVA is rated for pressures up to 40 bar and temperatures up to +400°C. Both pockets feature a G1/2” threaded connector for secure mounting.
