Delivery times depend on:

Seasonal holidays Standard delivery times:
General orders: 3–4 weeks (some shipped directly from stock)
Gas detectors: 3–5 weeks after payment
Seasonal delays: Delivery may extend by 2 weeks during holiday seasons. For non-standard or infrequently ordered products, we require pre-payment before production begins.

Payment is accepted via T/T Transfer (pre-payment). For non-standard and infrequent products, pre-payment is required before production begins. Proforma invoices with bank details will be provided for pre-payment. Note: We do not accept payments via credit card, cheque, cash, or Western Union.
Initial delivery term: Ex Works (EXW).
Delivery costs are extra and exclude transport insurance, taxes, or duties. Typically, delivery costs for UPS, DHL, TNT/FedEx (CPT) are included on customer invoices.
Ordering Instructions Orders should be placed via email and include:

Delivery Address (if different from the invoice address)

VAT Number (required for EU countries)
Purchase Order Number (PO NO)
Product type number, description, and quantities
Required delivery date

If required, specify if you need any of the following legalized/stamped documents:

Original Invoice or Commercial invoice
Certificate of Conformity
EUR1 or ATR documents Costs:
Chamber of Commerce-stamped documents: 65 Euro each
Swedish Customs-stamped documents: 30 Euro each
Courier envelope for stamped/legalized documents: 50 Euro.
A 25 Euro surcharge applies to orders with a total product value of less than 500 Euro
If wrong product have been ordered or any product claim to be faulty, and you want to return any product to us, please contact us before you return any product to us.
Shipping cost for return product to us to be bear of the shipper.
If product return from outside European Union, please issue proforma invoice for the customs clearing, and write on proforma invoice: "Return of product, For customs value 10 Euro".
